Jennie MacIntosh – Executive in Residence
Jennie MacIntosh is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in real estate technology and operations. She currently serves as an Executive in Residence, where she leverages her extensive expertise to advise, mentor, and guide organizations through growth, transformation, and operational scaling.
Jennie began her career in real estate technology as co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of WolfNet Technologies, a trailblazing company she grew alongside her husband, Joel MacIntosh. Under their leadership, WolfNet became a recognized powerhouse in the industry, developing one of the most robust listing databases in North America and earning a reputation for innovation, reliability, and scale.
In 2018, WolfNet was acquired by OJO Labs (Movoto.com), where Jennie transitioned into the role of Vice President of Operations. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in leading integration efforts, scaling operations, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. Her tenure at OJO highlighted her strength in operational excellence, systems implementation, vendor management and cost savings, revenue recovery, project management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Throughout her career, Jennie has been recognized for her strategic vision, operational expertise, and people-first leadership. She is a passionate leader who believes in mentoring others on the power of self-investment, helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential through continuous learning and development.
Jennie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Management from the University of Iowa. She continues to share her knowledge and insights with entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders, particularly those operating at the intersection of technology and real estate.
