Finley Hair is a 45-year veteran of the real estate industry and has been involved in over 150 franchise sales with 6 different brands. His first 25 years in the industry were spent working for HFS, Cendant, and Realogy, gaining experience growing and positioning different brands in the marketplace. Finley then spent his last 18 years with the luxury brand Sotheby’s International Realty. As one of the first employees of the brand in 2004, he was responsible for building the company in the southeast U.S. He recruited top companies into the brand and then assisted with their growth through M&A and recruiting top agents. Today, the southeast region of Sotheby’s International Realty produces over $20 billion in residential sales.
Finley has firsthand experience in all facets of the real estate business. He has been an agent, broker, owner of a mortgage company, trainer, and COO of one of the largest Sotheby’s International Realty companies.
His desire to help others shape their future by using best practices and establishing and maintaining the proper culture shows through in the deals that he helps construct for his clients.
