With over 40 years of experience in public relations and media relations, Kevin specializes in high-impact strategies for real estate’s top brands. Just Real ChatGPT Skills You Can Use Every Day.‘ Through his popular, hands-on 7-Day AI Challenge classes and national speaking engagements, he teaches real estate agents, brokers and industry leaders how to use AI the right way, every day, to work smarter and grow their businesses.
Kevin has deep roots in real estate and technology. In the 1990s, he was a director at Fannie Mae in Washington, D.C., and held leadership roles at Chase, and worked with Brad Inman as Marketing Director of HomeGain and Inman News. He also ran marketing and PR as VP at Imprev, now part of MoxiWorks. He has launched and promoted hundreds of products, advising category leaders such as Cotality, Ben Caballero (U.S. No. 1 agent), Restb.ai, Hive MLS, Delta Media and Florida Realtors’s Tech Helpline and Form Simplicity.
An award-winning writer and perennial early tech adopter, Kevin co-founded REAL AI in 2023 with his oldest son, Korey. REAL AI reaches thousands of subscribers as the premier resource for practical and safe AI for agents and brokers. Kevin is a past board member of the National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE) and a recipient of two NAREE President’s Awards for service and two national writing awards.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of Miami with a BA in Communication and completed his graduate studies at the USC Annenberg School for a Master of Public Relations. He also holds an Executive Leadership Certification from the University of Maryland. He is a founding mentor of a FIRST Robotics team on Bainbridge Island.
