CRS Data, one of the largest providers of public records software throughout the United States is looking for a passionate, thoughtful product driver to help continue to improve their public records software available through MLSs.  The company now serves 320,000 real estate professionals and serving some of the largest and most progressive MLSs in the country including MLS Listings and many others.  Their subscriber base has grown 25% recently so they are on a roll and need someone to continue to steward their aggressive growth path.

The ideal candidate for the CRS MLS Product Manager will possess an experienced blend of product management expertise combined with strong marketing and communications skills. They will own the product from the idea stage all the way through the marketing launch and sell in.

Scope of Position:

The MLS Product Manager will be responsible for all elements of building the product roadmap for the product. They will be able to demonstrate how they were able to gather customer feedback, evaluate competition and anticipate the future needs of their organization to develop a product that was on target.

The successful candidate will be great at building product roadmap and market requirements documents to be used by the development team to create a specification. The ideal MLS Product Manager will be comfortable working in agile and traditional product development cycles.

Finally, the MLS Product Manager must have proven skills, creativity and passion for building an effective launch plan and working closely with marketing to deploy an effective ongoing marketing and communications program.

The MLS Product Manager will take great pride in their product and will work collaboratively with everyone in the company to ensure that the product is a huge success. They will also know how to retain clients by working on ongoing product improvements and working closely with Customer Support to ensure that every customer is happy with the product and getting the support they need for product enhancements, training and promotional support.

    This is great news. Products endorsed by NAR sometimes miss the mark.

    Accurate data delivered in a usable format that can help agents put deals together is what is most important.
