So excited to hear that Kevin Hughes is back at it again in the MLS joining BoxMLS as its new Chief Executive Officer! We’ve been watching this company for awhile now and they are doing really interesting things! For those that have not yet heard about BoxMLS it is a new tool to help brokers and agents operate much more effectively across multiple MLS markets at once.
Think of it as a data sharing tool on turbo charge. If an agent operates in more than one MLS region they can now combine all of the information from these multiple markets into one easy to use interface and then create searches, reports and analytics to share with their clients. Pretty cool stuff and yet another way for MLS to solve the problem of overlapping market disorder for their members.

BoxMLS Names Kevin Hughes as New CEO

San Francisco, CA: Today, BoxMLS, a real estate technology company providing search and collaboration tools, announced the appointment of Kevin Hughes as Chief Executive Officer. He will assume responsibilities immediately and will succeed Brad Davis, who will continue as Chief Technology Officer.

Before joining BoxMLS, Hughes served as the Vice President of Business Development for Centralized Showing Service, a pioneer in the showing appointment business. Previously, Hughes co-founded Clareity Security, the developer of SAFEMLS and the industry standard, Single Sign On, (SSO), Dashboard serving over 750,000 end users, hundreds of multiple listing organizations, associations, and brokerages across North America.
