ValleyMLS, arguably one of the most progressive MLSs in the country, is doing great things for its members.
In the past 12 months, the organization has generated 15,000 FREE leads for its members via Homesnap, ValleyMLS.com and the IDX feeds it facilitates for its subscribers. Using a reasonable multiple of $500 per lead which is comparable to the cost from third parties, the organization generated $7.5 million in lead value for its members without requiring them to pay one extra dime beyond their normal MLS subscription. The report also revealed that Homesnap was the organization’s #1 lead generation tool for its members, followed closely by its own website ValleyMLS.com.

Listtrac is a FREE service available to MLSs that holistically measures all of the listing exposure and inquiries generated for a broker’s listing.
