This position will lead marketing programs for the high-growth Real Estate Solutions Marketing Group, supporting the associated business goals, revenue objectives, and product roadmaps.
This insight-driven marketing position will have ownership for marketing programs across (paid/organic) channels and touchpoints to maximize engagement, conversion, retention to grow and scale products. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the business and product teams to create compelling value propositions for our products and solutions, the foundational materials to drive innovative marketing campaigns and execute multi-faceted marketing programs. There are two Sr. Professional, Marketing roles available. One will be located in Irvine, CA and the other will be located in Irving, Texas. Both positions will report to the Senior Leader, Marketing for Real Estate Solutions.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the business and product teams to create compelling value propositions for our products and solutions, the foundational materials to drive innovative marketing campaigns and execute multi-faceted marketing programs. This role will report to the Senior Leader, Marketing for Real Estate Solutions.
With experience as a B2B/B2C Marketer but also knowing how to target smaller businesses that might consume content similar to a consumer, we are looking for someone with a proven track record that’s ready to help take one of our fastest growing and most dynamic business units.
The Senior Professional, Marketing will work closely with the Product Managers and Sales Teams to implement both value props and effective go-to-market, externally facing promotional campaigns and materials designed to support the business objectives. This position may also be assigned cross-functional responsibilities to support group marketing initiatives.
Establish themselves as the primary marketing point of contact for the Business Units and Product Lines and assist in the development of marketing strategies to achieve the business unit’s strategic, tactical and revenue goals.
Executes frameworks to comply with set marketing initiatives, focusing on customer value.
Results-driven marketing campaigns by building out appropriate nurture tactics (ie: email workflows, content, etc)
Executing best-in-class campaigns and programs, aligned with business objectives. Contributes to the team’s marketing objectives
Experiment and learn what strategies/tactics are most effective to optimize digital and social outreach
Product Positioning and Value Prop creation for products, ladder up messaging to business unit solution messaging, and overall business unit top-line messaging.
Evaluates prospective marketing opportunities to understand their risks, potential, constraints, and objectives. Successfully plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns based on these marketing strategies.
Drive revenue through lead generation and impactful marketing communications (e.g. email communications, thought leadership reports/blogs, etc.)
Ownership as the resident expert on our clients and prospects: who are they, what their pain points are, and how our products and solutions ease their pain. Understanding both persona/segmentation and being able to tailor campaigns accordingly
Embedded partnership with Sales Management, Product Manager(s), Shared Services Groups and external teams including advertising and PR agencies, trade journals/media, industry associations, etc. on an ongoing basis to accomplish business line objectives and revenue goals.
Provides recommendations for ongoing improvements. Continually manages project work plans, timelines, and budgets.
Be creative and have a curious spark that drives day to day marketing efforts.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing and/or business development,
Strong product marketing, positioning, creative and content writing skills.
Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in driving campaign goals
Impactful stakeholder management in matters related to sales, product, promotion, pricing, service, advertising and marketing strategies
Strong collaborator that drives business growth and jumps in where necessary to execute
Strong attention to detail and effective project management experience
Ownership of developing, managing and implementing marketing plans
Financial acumen to manage budgetary guidelines
Experience marketing to the real estate industry ideal
