The goal is to have a focused marketing list of around 2,500 households.

How to get started
Social Media: This is the lower-cost and most effective way for agents to market their services.
Contact Targeting: This is the ability to market your services to people who you are already connected with on social media (Linkedin and Facebook are great for this.)
Retargeting: Segment your contacts into customers and non-customers, and target different communications to each.
Lookalike Audience: Social Media platforms allow you to take your existing customer attributes and “find” people who have similar attributes.
Direct Mail: Through postcards and letters is also effective. These mailing lists are available from title companies or MLS applications, like CoreLogic’s Realist product.
