The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) announced the launch of Lone Wolf’s  TransactionDesk suite as a member benefit for all Canadian REALTORS®, except for Quebec (who is already on the TransactionDesk platform). This dedication to a single platform across Canada is similar to the move made by the National Association of REALTORS® in the United States back in November of 2015 when they selected ZipForms® from ZipLogix as a nationwide forms vendor.

CREA intends to maintain The WEBForms® branding on the forms product, but it will now be powered by TransactionDesk and made available to CREA’s membership of over 100,000 REALTOR®members. CREA will be supporting the integration of the TransactionDesk suite into MLSs across Canada. TransactionDesk is already integrated into the MLS® systems in some major markets like Toronto, and TransactionDesk integration connectors have already been developed for CoreLogic® Matrix® and Black Knight Financial® Paragon® MLS systems. Other integrations are planned.

The WEBForms® will be hydrated by listings through CREA’s national data distribution facility (DDF) to prepopulate forms for Realtors® where direct MLS integrations don’t exist. REALTORS® using WEBForms® powered by TransactionDesk will also be able to create MLS listings and push listing data to MLSs in some markets.

With the announcement, Lone Wolf will also provide Authentisign™ eSignature tool as well as a TransactionDesk Broker Edition Add-On as a premium purchase opportunity. This solution provides brokers with a dashboard to manage transactions across their entire firm, irrespective of market area. This access enables file review, supports custom company checklists, broker template and branding opportunities, and integration into Lone Wolf’s brokerWOLF™ back office and accounting solution for nearly 2000 brokers who are already on brokerWOLF™. These brokers will now have access to a complete contract to close solution with seamless integration at every point in the transaction supporting buyers and sellers.

When you combine the user count in Canada along with the user counts in America, this agreement pushes the adoption of TransactionDesk to about 700,000, in aggregate. Arizona REALTORS® and RAPB-GFLR are the most recent large organizations in America to choose TransactionDesk over ZipForms® and other solutions.

WEBForms® currently has integrations with a few alternative transaction management solutions and eSignature solutions like DocuSign®.  All current integrations will be maintained as they are today.
