New Wave of Realtors®
March 9, 2020 (West Palm Beach, Florida) — It’s an exciting, new chapter for BeachesMLS! The MLS of Broward, Palm Beaches, & St. Lucie Realtors® has officially rebranded. The new logo has a modern and coastal-driven look appealing to the vibrant South Florida lifestyle. BeachesMLS has experienced many consolidations during their long journey that has led them to become the thirteenth largest MLS in the nation with 36,000 subscribers. The MLS powerhouse has launched a growing movement in the industry to equip Realtors® with a more substantial market presence and a streamlined MLS. Primarily serving Southeast Florida with $28 billion in robust listing data, and the rebrand is paving the way for a new phase.

BeachesMLS was founded in 2013 and has grown significantly over a mere seven years due in part to their recent alliances; the merging of Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches, Realtors® Association of St. Lucie, Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors®, and South Broward Board of Realtors®. Through each merger, the amount of MLS subscribers rose, as well as new benefits and cutting-edge ways to maximize their services.
One of the benefits that make BeachesMLS so unique is they offer subscribers “front end of choice” for their MLS — giving the Subscriber the ability to choose between two premier systems; Matrix or Flexmls. BeachesMLS has 27 Task Forces, Committees, and a Board of Directors that focuses on specific MLS related topics that are critical to the real estate profession. Their Leadership Team consists of qualified Realtors®, who devote their time to ensuring that BeachesMLS provides first in class products, tools and resources. They monitor changes within the industry that help the MLS adapt to the market and local subscriber needs.
