The Broker Public Portal movement continues to grow, expanding with deeper integration of Homesnap with MLSs systems nationwide. This deeper integration allows agents’ contacts to sync with Homesnap and adds listing edit capabilities.
That brings three of the leading MLS system providers — CoreLogic, Black Knight, and Rapattoni — all ready to deliver a better Homesnap experience to MLSs members nationwide.
Recently, Andrew Strauch, with Bright MLS, wrote, “How deeper MLS integration continues to fuel the success of the BPP with Homesnap” for Real Estate Magazine. Broker Portal partner Bright MLS has been a pioneer with doing deep integrations between their installation of CoreLogic’s Matrix Client Portal and Homesnap.
The unique kind of work Strauch and his team at Bright MLS completed with Homesnap now goes mainstream with the joint announcement by Rapattoni and Homesnap. Now Rapattoni MLS clients also be able to receive deeper integration with Homesnap.
MLSs need to pay attention to this offering: Bright MLS’ Homesnap integration has driven agent adoption of the Broker Public Portal with Homesnap to 70% of its agents.
MLSs working with Rapattoni will have a similar opportunity. According to the announcement, the collaboration “will significantly enhance the utility of Homesnap Pro in Rapattoni MLS markets, allowing agents to perform a multitude of essential tasks directly from their mobile device.”
The even better news is the timing: Rapattoni and Homesnap expect these integrations to launch in the fourth quarter of this year.
This is yet another sign of the growing BPP movement, as Homesnap, the Broker Public Portal’s consumer-facing brand continues to innovate for MLSs and their members.
