We wrote earlier this week that CoreLogic has renamed Trestle to Property Data Marketplace. Well, they did not stop there. The Matrix multiple listing solution offered, by CoreLogic, to about half of all real estate professionals in North America (US and Canada) has also been renamed. The new name for Matrix is Listing Management Platform.
This is a pretty interesting strategy by CoreLogic; they are rebranding their products for professionals to adopt brands that clearly articulate what the product does. Nobody could know that Trestle is a data marketplace or that Matrix is an MLS system. Now it’s been made pretty clear. I wonder how long it will take me to learn the new names……

Listing Management Platform (Matrix™), Property Data Marketplace (Trestle™) & OneHome™
In today’s low-inventory real estate market, homebuyers need an advantage to find their home before the competition. The CoreLogic Listing Management Platform (Matrix™) emails roughly 100 million notifications to homebuyers monthly, alerting them to new property listings that match their search criteria. A new listing notification texting functionality is now available through OneHome™, helping real estate professionals deliver automatic listing alerts to homebuyers in the fastest, most convenient way possible.
OneHome from CoreLogic is a virtual collaboration platform for real estate agents and their clients looking to buy, sell or make improvements to their home. Marketplace allows agents and brokers to share their preferred providers for mortgage, insurance and home services, offering homebuyers a place to compare options, hassle free. 70% of OneHome usage has been on mobile devices, which makes the texting feature key.
While OneHome helps agents stay connected with homebuyers and sellers, CoreLogic also makes it easy for brokers and technology companies. Online competition is severe and managing listing data can be arduous, especially if brokers belong to more than one multiple listing organization. CoreLogic’s Property Data Marketplace (Trestle™)centralizes and streamlines access to vital listing and public record data, powering innovation across the industry.
