The Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®(DMAR) is looking for its next progressive CEO to take the 8600-member organization to its next level of prosperity, relevance, and growth.
The Metro Denver area, the home of DMAR, is a thriving, innovative, and diverse region. It is the 19th largest city in America and is consistently ranked as one of the fastest-growing, well-educated, and healthiest cities in the nation.
The Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® delivered some impressive results in 2022:
- Secured over $25 million in earned media, setting a record for DMAR’s media exposure of Realtors® and the Realtor® value
- Offered over 100 educational classes, events, bootcamps, and expos.
- Achieved a 35% participation rate in RPAC and successfully advocated for several important initiatives
- Launched 12 new technologies to members
- Launched a new charitable foundation, DMAR Gives
- Hosted first-ever consumer-facing event, Houseapalooza
The Chief Executive Officer for the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® will have proven expertise in building alliances with key constituents in the community, neighboring real estate and development organizations and positioning REALTORS® well to participate in and drive growth in the community and the real estate industry. They will have a passion for, and proven success at building strong relationships with the organization’s broker members, fellow leaders from local associations, Colorado Association state leaders, and the National Association of REALTORS®. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to get involved with organized real estate to continue to expand the perception of DMAR as a progressive, forward-looking, and highly successful organization.
The successful candidate will be comfortable and adept at improving community engagement for the Association as well as a motivational leader to continue to drive operational excellence.
The next CEO of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® will understand the key trends facing our industry today and will proactively engage in the leadership of REColorado, the provider of DMAR’s MLS.
