This is a significant accomplishment and a feat that we believe has only been reached by the Broker Public Portal’s Homesnap application. When the BPP disassociated with Homesnap following the CoStar acquisition, it opened a gap for MLS mobile apps that was quickly filled by MLS Touch.

There are lots of great features in MLS Touch, but the two that separate the application from others in the marketplace are integration with the client portals in MLSs, along with being parcel centric. Real estate agents loved the parcel centric features of the BPP, but long lamented the lack of integration with the MLS client portals. No agent wants to configure and maintain two searches for their clients – one on mobile and another in the MLS. The synchronization of customer records, saved favorites, and saved searches is a must-have feature.

MLS-Touch by CoreLogic Hits One Million Agent “Mobile Milestone” 

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 20, 2023 — CoreLogic® has announced that MLS-Touch® (also known as Prospects Mobile in Canada), one of the industry’s fastest growing real estate apps designed for real estate professionals, has increased its reach in the last 18 months to more than 1 million agents across North America.
