As you can see from the press release below, Tuolumne AOR members will go from having a single system to have MLS system of choice along with a significant expansion of technology services and expanded reach though MLS NorCal Alliance. Tuolumne county is the gateway to Yosemite , a favorite destination for San Francisco Bay Area residents.
As you can see from the map, Tuolumne is nearby Metrolist and California Regional MLS. All of these regional MLSs are great, and I am sure it was a difficult decision.

Tuolumne Association of REALTORS Joins bridgeMLS, Joining Bridge AOR and Delta AOR
BERKELEY, Calif. – November 9, 2023 – bridgeMLS, the powerhouse Regional MLS of the East Bay of San Francisco, created as a result of collaboration between Bridge Association of Realtors and Delta Association of REALTORS is pleased to welcome Tuolumne County Association of REALTORS into their regional MLS. bridgeMLS will now service nearly 4000 subscribers and will continue to participate in the NorCal MLS Alliance.

The Tuolumne County Board of Directors met late September and made a motion to move forward with bridgeMLS as their MLS provider.
According to CEO of bridgeMLS and Bridge Association of REALTORS, DaVina Lara, “Once the agreement is executed later this month, bridgeMLS expects to move forward and have Tuolumne AOR added to the list of Associations serviced in addition to Bridge AOR and Delta AOR – becoming the third Association to service.”

Tuolumne members will maintain association autonomy but expand MLS services to include MLS system of choice featuring Paragon and ConnectMLS. According to Lara, “we are a value driven organization that prioritizes service and training across a critical swath of MLS technology services at a reasonable price for our subscribers.” This year, bridgeMLS released four new services that will be available to Tuolumne Members.
