In a press release today, Buyside announced that all of their broker customers are cooperating on National Home Valuation Week. The idea is that all of their broker clients push the same ad campaign during the same week nationwide. The call to action from the campaign is to visit the broker’s website to enjoy the Buyside valuation product – which provides three AVM values, along with Buyside’s buyer data which shows how many buyers the broker has for their home today.

This is a great strategy and I think that it is the first time that a technology company has pushed a national ad program like this though their broker customers. In an inventory constrained market, this seems like a strategy that has legs. I know that the Fox and Roach and the Keyes pilots of this program in their markets worked very well. I would expect that the national campaign will be even more effective.

America’s Top Real Estate Firms Come Together to Launch the First Ever National Home Valuation Week in Partnership with Buyside

Wayne, PA, September 16th, 2020— Buyside™, the real estate industry’s leading provider of homebuyer insights sees dramatic growth, greater consumer engagement, and massive increase of listing volume through the first half of 2020. After a rapid growth in the network of firms on the Buyside platform adding $54 billion in listing opportunities, the company pushed even harder for more listings and worked with its broker clients to launch the first ever National Home Valuation Week (#NHVW), which begins Monday, September 21st, 2020. Top real estate firms located in the United States will be participating in the event, joining together to promote consumers to check the value of their home though their local broker.

In preparation, Buyside orchestrated a collaboration among their broker customers to create media assets that will enable each firm to launch a surround sound consumer marketing & agent engagement approach to the promotion. Two of Buyside’s leading brokerage customers have piloted the program in their local market areas. Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox and Roach had incredible success in the Mid-Atlantic states joined by The Keyes Company in Southeast Florida.
