If you are an MLS executive and you monitor the emails that are sent from the MLS system to clients by agents, you know that the MLS ranks up there with the large consumer portals in terms of traffic and property engagement. CoreLogic has been incrementally developing the client portal in the MLS – called OneHome – and it is resonating with their clients. Many agents prefer to set up home buyers on automatic alerts in the MLS when a new listing matches their search criteria.
A few years ago, WAV Group launched a study for the Broker Public Portal to understand how many emails were sent to clients from the MLS. At the time, CoreLogic was sending out over 100 million a month. Our back-of-the-napkin tracking – which gives CoreLogic about 50% of the MLS market – suggests that the total number of emails across all systems (CoreLogic, Black Knight, Rapattoni, FBS, Navica, Vesta Plus, DynaConnects, etc.) approaches 200 million.
OneHome is an excellent portal that many agents prefer over their IDX website. It is collaborative, fast, beautiful, and very easy to use. It has been a very popular upgrade in the US, and we are certain that Matrix accounts in Canada will find the solution equally compelling.

OneHome from CoreLogic Goes Live in Canada
