This is a far cry from many MLSs who “check-the-box” with a freemium CMA solution that requires agents to pay a premium for full features that don’t even include parcel data. Prospects CRM also comes coupled with the MLS-Touch® mobile application that also features a parcel centric property search. Unlike any other app in the market, clients working with an agent can see property information on all properties, not just those from the MLS.
