CoreLogic Prospects LogoWhen CoreLogic acquired Montreal-based Prospects® Software, their product MLS-Touch® was ordained to replace CoreLogic’s GoMLS mobile app. In a press release today, Minneapolis-based NorthstarMLS, St. Louis-based MARIS MLS, and Jacksonville-based realMLS have entered into agreements to launch MLS-Touch as their mobile multiple listing application. This brings the user count on MLS-Touch over the 700,000 mark; making it the most adopted MLS mobile app in real estate.

Before the CoreLogic acquisition, Prospects operated alongside MLS systems like Matrix, FlexMLS and others. MLS-Touch has always been a side-car to the MLS system that wraps key functionality along with access to MLS records and public records in the palm of the agents’ hand.

The keynote here is that MLS-Touch is not tied exclusively to Matrix. The architecture of the MLS-Touch product was built to support all MLS systems by leveraging data connections to mirror the MLS in an elegant mobile app.

Aside from data, MLS-Touch gives agents and brokers the ability to brand and share their mobile app with clients. Together, agents and clients can monitor market changes on properties, deliver access to real time market statistics, view nearby properties, and even deliver some marketing on popular social media sites like Facebook.

As MLSs look to shore up replacements for Homesnap, MLS-Touch will fill in for MLSs while the BPP arranges its new program.  Outgoing CEO of NorthstarMLS, John Mosey shared the following – “Considering our options for 2023 and beyond, we wanted to make sure NorthstarMLS had a strong mobile strategy with a vendor we trust,” said Mosey. “When CoreLogic acquired Prospects Software earlier this year, we knew MLS-Touch and its customers were in good hands. CoreLogic’s ambitious technological vision and advocacy of agent interests put MLS-Touch at the top of our list. We’re excited to expand our subscriber services with another solution from the CoreLogic portfolio.”

For the avoidance of confusion, there is no relationship between the BPP and Homesnap, however MLSs have shared with WAV Group that those who are sunsetting Homesnap see MLS-Touch as a replacement while the new Broker Public Portal is in development.

Multiple Listing Organizations Turn to MLS-Touch by CoreLogic

Three Additional Organizations Chose CoreLogic for their Mobile App

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 26, 2022—CoreLogic®, a leading global property data and analytics-driven solutions provider, today announced that NorthstarMLS, Mid America Regional Information Systems (MARIS) and realMLS have selected MLS-Touch® as their mobile multiple listing application. With more than 700,000 users under contract, MLS-Touch (Prospects Mobile™ in Canada) is North America’s most popular mobile app for real estate agents. This year, CoreLogic has signed 17 new MLS-Touch clients.

“Considering our options for 2023 and beyond, we wanted to make sure NorthstarMLS had a strong mobile strategy with a vendor we trust,” said John Mosey, outgoing CEO of NorthstarMLS. “When CoreLogic acquired Prospects® Software earlier this year, we knew MLS-Touch and its customers were in good hands. CoreLogic’s ambitious technological vision and advocacy of agent interests put MLS-Touch at the top of our list. We’re excited to expand our subscriber services with another solution from the CoreLogic portfolio.”

“In the last few years, MLS-Touch has emerged as a widely recognized leader in mobile real estate solutions,” said MARIS CEO David Price. “MLS-Touch provides the depth of multiple listing features our subscribers demand, plus advanced data security, a responsive interface, and a whole lot more. It’s a powerful addition to our end-to-end agent workflow.”

“CoreLogic’s investment into this powerful mobile platform will help us deliver a custom mobile solution that’s constantly improving and evolving to meet the unique requirements of Northeast Florida’s real estate market,” said realMLS CEO Nicole Jensen. “By working with CoreLogic, we continue to bring our members innovative new solutions which help them to best serve their clients.”

“CoreLogic continues to invest in our products and solutions,” said CoreLogic executive Scott Little. “MLS-Touch is a superb productivity tool, putting listings and public record data right in the palm of your hand. Organizations don’t need to be a Matrix customer to get MLS-Touch—it’s available throughout the U.S. and Canada no matter which multiple listing platform you have.
