Apple now the 5th best selling computer brand in the world!

According to a study released by Canalys today,  Apple fueled the 7% growth of the computer market in Q1, 2011. According to Canalys, pad shipments reached 6.4 million units worldwide. Apple accounted for 74% of these shipments, while other vendors struggled to bring competitive products to market. Canalys expects that next quarter will see a significant change in the market, with products appearing from Acer, Asus, LG and RIM. Trulia Direct Connect

Trulia provided WAV Group with information about their Trulia Direct Reference product today. They have 3 MLSs who intend to put the solution into beta. The goal of the program is to improve data accuracy at Trulia by accessing a data file from the MLS to match against the Trulia data set. It was March 29th, 2010. CalREDD, the for profit MLS division of the California Association of REALTORS had fallen on hard times. After getting a number of Associations to switch MLS providers and join their new MLS, they were putting out fires everywhere. Buyer Search Feature in MLS Systems

MLS systems have had buyer-servicing portals for years. An agent configures a buyers search criteria, and the buyers representative and buyer are notified whenever a listing matches their search criteria. The system is elegant, informative and works perfectly.
