Third Parties May Have Lots of Traffic, but MLSs Deliver Significantly More Serious Customer Inquiries

For those that read our blog regularly, you know that I am a BIG fan of the MLS marketing results that ListTrac delivers in an easy-to-read weekly report. ListTrac is a key tool in helping MLSs take credit for the business generation opportunities they provide by supporting IDX, mobile apps like Homesnap, third-party syndication as well as their own prospecting delivered via the MLS system and local Consumer-facing websites. Recently, ValleyMLS added reporting on views, inquiries, saved listings and shares for Paragon and the Client Collaboration Center to its ListTrac reporting platform.

The cost of homes, heavy traffic, and high taxes and gas are driving Californians to reassess their shelter choices, now that “work from home” is probably going to be an option for most workers. At some point, California is going to need to draw back from their excessive commitments to government spending that is making the state unaffordable for so many. eXp Gets Creative With Quarterly Results Announcement

On Tuesday of next week, eXp will be releasing their earnings. By all accounts they are expected to join their peer group and beat analyst estimates. If you look at the trends, you would say that eXp is likely to stay flat when they issue their quarterly results. Apparently, the larger looming financial influence of COVID on the market is dampening the market performance of companies who have clearly benefited from COVID. Real estate tech integration survey: What firms are at the top?

When I was head of Marketing and PR at Imprev, now part of MoxiWorks, we polled industry brokerage leaders twice a year about their challenges and their take on emerging technology trends.
