MIBOR replaces SentriLock with Master Lock

Something that you do not see very often in real estate is a lockbox vendor replacement. They rarely happen because of the number of lockboxes out in the field. Unless the vendor relationship breaks down or the vendor is mandating that the old lockboxes be replaced or are unsupported – ultimately, change does not happen. MIBOR made the change to begin using bluetooth-enabled Master Lock boxes.

Zillow Launches Homeownership Strategy

In their Q4 earnings reports, Zillow laid out an impressive and visionary strategy that makes total sense for consumers and creates an enormous challenge to real estate brokers who are not taking the full cycle of homeownership seriously. Zillow calls this strategy the “housing super app.” To me, it looks like an exact copy of the strategy being deployed by Milestones.ai.
